School Admissions

Prior to the children being admitted in September, they are invited to a half day induction visit to meet staff and familiarise themselves with the classroom. We then invite parents to a meeting where they will have the opportunity to meet with staff, and members of our Parents and Friends Association.

Our Reception children start in the second week of term, then for the first week of school all children will attend mornings only enabling staff to carry out home visits in the afternoon to meet and play with the children in a familiar environment. The children then start school full time.  All Early Years, Y1 and Y2 children receive a government funded free school meal every day.    If your child has specific religious or allergy dietary needs then we are happy to discuss them with you to support your child’s needs.  We ask that all the children have the school dinner for the first three weeks of schooling to help them to integrate fully in the school environment.

For mid-year applications from April 2022 please contact the school office for our application form or  download from below. For any further queries please contact Schools Planning and Admissions on 0845 603 2200 for Reception September start or our school office for any in-year admissions after that date on 01279 870451.
